Responsibilities
- Expand LONGi Solar's sales network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers in the assigned region.
- Focus on PV modules sales to EPC, IPP, PPA, Investors, developers and stakeholders in the region.
- Acquisition of new customers, increase the market share for the company according to established KPIs.
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After-Sales, including contract negotiations and follow up of business cases.
- Implement sales strategy and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical service centre, legal, finance and operation management to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders.
- Depending on the evolving needs of the business, this person may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel.
Requirements
- One successful sale experience in the Energy industry.
- Solid understanding or strong interest in solar business and product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to travel and able to represent the company in various commercial engagements.
- Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfilment).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education or above is required.
- Proven track record in closing transactions.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and the local language of the assigned region.
- Competency in office software tools.
