Sales Compensation Analyst
Responder al anuncioThe Team:The ideal candidate will be joining the Sales Compensation Team, with team members located in North America and Europe. The Role:You will play a critical role in the operationalization of incentive compensation plans across the Sales, and broader Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The role will drive global consistency, data quality, processing accuracy, and develop and track metrics to assess effectiveness. This is a key role responsible for driving processes to match our rapid scaling and meet month close deadlines. The work you’ll do:Manage the end to end process of sales compensation administration. This includes but not limited to reviewing and setting up new hires, transfers and terminations, quota, territory and comp plan changesReviewing and verifying the accuracy of sales commission data, quota attainment and calculations on a monthly basisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business requirements and drive continuous improvementsFocus on customer service, enablement, and communication to build a positive working relationship with the Sales organizationTimely resolution of inquiries and disputes from comp plan participantsMaintaining the commission systems and updating system setupsDocument, improve, and automate all processes, including quotas and targets, crediting, and performance reporting, and comp plan issuanceAssist in pulling data for reporting needs and ad-hoc analysisProgressive opportunities to partner with Sales and GTM leadership to drive strategic comp plan designThe qualifications you need:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field2+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, financial analysis or related rolesExperience in the SaaS industry is a major plusStrong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet functionalitiesExcellent communication skills and being able to establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally without direct authorityComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet deadlinesExperience with Varicent, Xactly, or other compensation system is a plusFull professional proficiency in English is a must. Other languages (e. G. Spanish or German) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
