We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented talent to support our sales team in growing the sales pipeline by generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and quickly qualifying incoming leads.

Your mission within Kantox:
Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience at Kantox from day one. During 18 months you'll have the chance to rotate through different roles inside the commercial division.
That's how the program looks like:
- 3 Weeks training.
- 7 months as a Business Development Representative
- 3 months as a Sales Analyst
- 7 months as FX Account Executive
- Option of becoming a full-time CMS thereafter
- You will also get different training throughout the year that will be contributing to develop your sales, finance and soft skills.
- You'll get an assigned coach and a buddy who will be there to support you. Lessons in leadership will also be provided from Executives.
- You'll have the chance to participate in different international projects with different teams. You'll be able to present your progress, learnings and results with your team mates and business leaders.
What you'll do:
- Becoming an encyclopaedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
- Qualify inbound leads by using your deep understanding of our value proposition and use-cases.
- Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).
Who you are:
- Master/Bachelor in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A true team player willing to roll-up their sleeves and give a hand when needed.
- A highly organised professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused.
- Proficiency in English. Any native European language is a plus.
- Some previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus.
- Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
