Demand Generation AssociateJob overview :As a key member of the Market Development team, this role is responsible for supporting projects within demand generation. The role will mainly be focused on internal CRM management / data input, lead conversion and prospective company research and utilization of digital tools to help increase efficiencies within Market Development. Responsibilities :Support in large administrative projects, including but not limited to converting leads, inputting data from marketing events, inputting contact data into CRM where GDPR compliant. The companies to be profiled will be for the Italian, Spanish and the UAE Markets. Specific contact information for the potential buyers within these companies will include complete name, title, email address, phone number, and postal address. Support all Market Development reps in maintaining a top quality CRMInvolved in monthly project calls to support actions on pipeline hygiene. The individual will also maintain and update all records within Salesforce or other Concur designated systems. Participate on cross-functional teams as needed to further Marketing initiatives. Utilisation of Salesforce, RingDNA and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorWork on ad-hoc projects across Sales MarketingBe aware of, and comply with, all Concur corporate policies. Critical Performance Competencies :Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompletion of large scale, repetitive administration activitiesStrong Salesforce knowledgeAble to work well on own initiative and manage own workloadTeam player and a passion for project driven workQualifications :Bachelor’s degree would be advantageousExcellent communication skillsAbility to pass a background checkSpeaks with confidence and professionalismCompetent in Microsoft software such as outlook, excel, word and power pointExperience in using CRM system such as Salesforce (Desirable)Working hours :Part time. 25-30 hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and / or responsivenessFlexibility as to the specific working hours may be required or availableWorking from SAP office in either Barcelona or SpainEEO :Concur is an Equal Opportunity Employer and applies this policy to all applicants and employees.
