Responsibilities:Pipeline Development:Identify and nurture relationships to build the sales pipeline for Industrial solutions. Client Engagement:Craft compelling presentations and proposals, securing support across departments to drive business growth. Sales Growth:Drive the adoption of AI solutions in the German and UK market through collaboration and relationship-building. Lead Generation:Maintain a continuous source of potential leads, leveraging marketing initiatives to drive engagement. Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and business development to execute lead generation campaigns and foster a supportive sales environment. Qualification and Preparation:Qualify new leads, engage senior leadership, and tailor sales materials to meet client needs. Innovation:Evaluate new ideas and opportunities to excel in securing new business. Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations and ensure seamless client onboarding in collaboration with the account team. Experience:Previous success in new business development, ideally within supply chain, category management, or customer insight solutions. Influence:Proven ability to influence senior executives and articulate the value of our solutions for revenue growth. Software Sales:Experience in selling software solutions for industrial clients, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas. Collaboration:Track record of successful collaboration with presales experts and large account management. Network:Established network of contacts within grocery retail and experience working with Tier 1 & 2 accounts. Negotiation Skills:Strength in opening, negotiating, and closing deals with a collaborative approach. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating clear and actionable materials for clients. Problem-solving:Structured and logical problem-solving skills.
