They are looking for a Sales & Enablement Manager who’s ready to take their sales team to the next level. In this role, you’ll design and implement effective sales training programs to improve their skills and performance, mentor new hires, and keep your team energized with the latest sales strategies and tools. If you’re ready to make an impact, inspire a high-performing team, and be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment, we are looking for you!TasksDesign, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training covering all aspects of the sales process (eg. object handling, forecasting, pipeline management, closing strategies, outbound strategy, etc)Be in charge of the initial onboarding training for new hires and conduct regular performance assessments of the team to identify potential gaps and coaching requirementsEnable continuous skill development sessions to keep the sales team equipped for success and updated on the latest trendsMake sure the team meets the goals of the company and the expectations of the clientsTrain the sales team on the effective use of tools such as CRM systems, Gong, Miro, and relevant technologiesWork with Team Leaders, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of training with overall business goalsEstablish benchmarking standards to ensure consistency across teams and regions, and leverage geographical inputs to identify best practices and drive improvement across the organizationEncourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team, and adapt training programs to cover new industries, segments, and markets as the organization expandsRequirementsFull professional level of English; any other language is aplus3-4 years of experience leading a learning department (coaching, and developing sales teams, assessing training needs and developing training materials), preferably within a fast-growing organization.
