The roleAs a Salesforce Architect, you will be involved in various projects and you will design, implement, and oversee complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs. You will provide technical leadership, optimize system performance, and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Expected Functions / Key Results:Support technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment, ensuring alignment with business process design and ServiceNow best practices. Define and maintain Architectural Governance Guidelines and Principles for the rest of the team to follow. Clarify business requirements with the customer and implement necessary system configuration and development changes. Ensure completion and delivery of required system documentation prior to go live. Do ROMs for requirements with few details, propose different options based on possibilities and proper document options. Discuss with POs / design / other developers the requirements of tasks/epics and explain needs and consequences at very early stages of the process to help with planning on the technical side. Help other team members when preparing groomings, spikes, and reviews; assess technical proposals, etc. Help the rest of the team follow QA&CR team guidelines and help them improve their skills. Perform Code Reviews. Requirements (soft and technical skills):+4 years of experience as an Architect. Strong Apex knowledge. Strong Salesforce knowledge, up to date with latest features. Strong Object Orientation principles. Strong Knowledge of design patterns. Strong understanding of SQL. Strong understanding of control version. Experience writing unit tests. Source control (Git). Be familiarized with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Certifications:Developer II - Salesforce certification. Application architect or/and Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect or /and Identity and Access Management Architect or/and Integration Architect or/and System or Technical Architect.
