Our hotel features 240 unique bedrooms, a vibrant restaurant called Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool, a cozy lobby, a versatile basement events space, and The Apartment for unique meetings and events.
Four Corners offers a taste of New York with thick-crust Detroit-style pizza at The Slice Shop, along with Italian-American dishes perfect for lunch or dinner. Tope, our rooftop taqueria, serves Mexican-inspired flavors and cocktails with stunning views of Barcelona.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain sanitation standards, and provide support to the serving staff.

Your Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and empowering the team to provide excellent service.
- Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to ensure seamless operations.
- Managing financial and administrative tasks.
- Onboarding new team members.
- Fostering a positive team environment.
- Collecting guest feedback.
- Ensuring food presentation and safety standards.
- Handling guest complaints.
- Optimizing inventory for increased sales.
What we’re looking for…
Individuals who value authenticity, hospitality, and positive interactions.
Experience in the hotel or restaurant industry, with proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Strong leadership skills, flexibility, creativity, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a collaborative team spirit.
