In this position, you will work closely with the Sales and Operations team to develop and grow our customer portfolio, as well as collaborate with our Product Team to improve our product portfolio and value proposal. Job Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. Monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients to drive growth. Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. Understand clients’ business objectives and industry trends to provide tailored solutions. Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics. Analyze market and industry trends to anticipate changes and adapt account strategies accordingly. Experience and Qualifications:MUST:4-6 years of Sales/Account Management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing top tier accounts. +4 years working in fast-pacedB2B Payments or Fintech firms. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to deliver excellent customer experience. Fluent in English written and spoken. Nice to have:+3 years experience in Gambling and Forex industry. Spanish and Portuguese language are an advantage. What do we offer?
