About the role

We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can breathe life into our products and tell compelling stories that captivate our diverse audience. Your responsibilities
- To contribute to the development of category strategies and development of local brand plans and future growth foundations
- To manage the brand(s) within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise short- & long-term sales and profitability
- To develop, recommend, lead and execute local marketing plans - including local media strategy - for assigned brand(s) and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
- To develop product development (NPD/EPD) projects in coordination with global departments and ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth
- To lead the development of local copy strategy/executions and/or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions
- In close co-operation with the Sales function and Customer Trade. Identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands
- To effectively work with and influence key stakeholders including media, CMI, Finance, Sales, Trade and supply team
- Full P&L accountability
The experience we're looking for
- 4-5 Years marketing experience must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within and FMCG/ Healthcare or Medical environment. People management experienced highly welcomed
- International outlook
- Leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy

- Demonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments.
- A robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes in both Marketing and Sales functions.
- An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset.
- Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.
