Senior Campaign Manager (m/f/d) – English Speaker
Job DescriptionWe're looking for a driven and highly structured Senior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic and multicultural production team (part of Publicis Production Germany with>80 team members). In this role, you will ensure that campaigns for our global brand clients across various industries are produced, adapted, and delivered effectively on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your ResponsibilitiesManage large-scale campaigns, serving as the key operational contact person for both clients and internal teams. Work closely but independently with clients, project management, creative, and media teams. Coordinate with UX / UI, design, content, and editing experts to create and adapt assets based on media and content plans. Oversee approval processes with clients and ensure timely delivery and uploading of assets to ad servers, DAM systems, or similar platforms. Monitor project progress using SAP tools to validate cost and time estimates on a weekly basis. Maintain strong communication with clients and teams via phone, conference calls or during on-site presentations, providing updates and addressing any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop production plans and provide strategic advice on campaign execution. Adapt to changing priorities and timelines, maintaining a positive attitude and resilient mindset. Effective resource management. Anticipating potential capacity challenges on jobs and deadlines in a timeous manner and be proactive in facilitating smooth workflow and alternate solutions, when necessary. QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience managing large campaigns as a project manager, account manager, or campaign manager. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); German language skills are a plus. Highly structured and organized, with the ability to maintain flexibility in the face of change requests and unforeseen challenges. Strong understanding of asset production, with the ability to read media plans and set up production plans, including digital advertising terminology and the technical aspects related to digital campaigns. Comfortable working under tight schedules and with demanding clients while maintaining a sense of humour. Resilient, adaptive, and economically minded, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for clients. Excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients and to provide solution-based consultancy to handle or lead projects from briefing to delivery. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an international allure and a core team that is spread across different locations. You should be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines. You should have a positive attitude, be open-minded and willing to learn, and be able to provide solution-based consultancy to clients.
