Data is the lifeblood of AI, fueling its ability to deliver innovative solutions and insights. To achieve it, we are looking for asenior professionalwith proven experience inmanaging data in the context of AI Programs. Is that you? Then, keep reading!Functions:Reporting to the Global CDO (Spain based) you will:Strategy:Be fully aligned with the AI Program Managerto understand business AI-Driven use cases. Prioritizedata needsaccording to the potential business valueanddata feasibility. Coordinate data needsamongdifferent stakeholdersanddata teams. Act as a “facilitator”for the AI Program. Participate in theAI Program Governance committee to report data activities issues. Use Case Delivery:Identifyrelevantdata sources(internal or external). Identify relevant data owners and stewardsacross the organization. Facilitatesample data(structured or non-structured) to start with an AI use case (MVP). Grantdata protection and privacy policiesin AI use cases. Identifydata quality issuesand coordinate teams to promoteremediation plans. Promote theuse of standards and best practicesdesigned by Ferrovial. Proposedata platforms evolution, if needed to manage AI use cases more effectively. Be up to date withmarket trends, being proactive in the test and adoption, if suitable. Promote the evolution of data platforms, data policies or data & AI governance rules. Roll Out:Participate in theindustrializationphase. Definedata needsfor each use case (resources and budget). Coordinatedifferent stakeholders and system integrators toautomatedata access. Coordinatedifferent data teams toevolve their data platform, if needed. Measurethe data value contribution to each use case. Requirements:Strategic mindsetto analyze each use casebusiness value. At least 5 years of experienceleadingdata teamsin a context of AI use cases. At least 1 year being involved in Gen AI Use cases. Demonstrated experience understandingstakeholdersneeds andaligning different visions and interests. Proven capabilities to fully understand business needs andtranslatethem intodatatechnical needs. Demonstrated experiencecoordinatingmultiple data teamsat the same time (internal or external). Proven experiencenegotiatingwith different partners and system integrators. Proven experience controlling thebudgetandprogressof different initiatives at the same time. Deep understanding of potentialdata security and privacy rules. Strong technical acumen. Deep knowledge ofdata & AI architectures on Azureis aMUST. Proven experience working with Agile methodologies. Skills tocommunicateto different levels in the organization.
