What you'll do Design, develop and implement scalable Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models in line with Segura’s strategic goals. Document them. Understand business problems and convey them into data science projects. Work closely with data engineers to create automated flows with datasets that are needed for the models. Processing, cleaning and integrating large data sets. Work closely with business analysts and internal stakeholders in order to prove the effectiveness of the model-driven decisions, identify issues and tackle them. What you’ll need Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. +5yrs experience in building ML/AI models, preferably in the financial sector. Experience in managing large, complex data sets and using ML/AI techniques. Advanced programming skills in Python and Pyspark, working knowledge of frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc. Experience in working in AWS cloud would be considered a plus. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve. A logical mindset and a natural curiosity for uncovering the root causes of problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
