So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What you'll do:Take an entrepreneurial approach to winning new business; prospect, pitch and land the more relevant brands in Spain and PortugalTake ownership for representing some of our most strategic relationships with The Trade Desk’s largest clientsWork collectively with Client Services, Trading, Product and Leadership teams to win, cultivate and grow focused account. Own relationships with Marketing, Procurement, Commercial and Investment leads at major Advertising clientsCommunicate the value of our media buying platform by aligning The Trade Desk’s media buying philosophy with brand MarketersUnderstand Local and Global Brand business, map out key strategic decision makers and influence people at all levels of the businessUnderstand the Marketing procurement process and how to navigate it effectivelyParticipate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineeringTake lead in responding to RFPs, including qualification & win strategyWork collectively in global account discussions with counterparts in EMEA, APAC and US regionsWork closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to constantly optimise efforts relating to company-wide goalsIdentify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needsBuild deep and lasting connections internally across The Trade Desk departments and specialty functions. Who you are:We are looking for a commercially savvy, very senior sales individual to identify, win and grow, and key brand advertisers. You’ll need a proven track record of delivering results, building relationships and collaborating with other teams as you’ll be working with some of our most strategic clients. A proven track record in online advertising outbound sales will be valuedExperience at an online publisher, broadcaster, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising roleExperience in a specific marketing vertical – ie: Auto seller at previous roleExisting relationships with decision makers at major Spain advertisers Experience leading and winning brand in-house RFP’s Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global or Spain brands Strong communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations Outstanding ability to collaborate with other areas of the company, with special attention to coordination with the BD Agencies and CS departments. Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the role of media agencies in the industry. Excellent communication skills between teams and strong collaboration abilities. The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
