We seek to strengthen and sustain our existing offering of Compensation, Benefits & Mobility services and programmes, while also keeping our eyes on the new, strategic initiatives in the Compensations and Benefits spaces (GPS / FGBP, Building Families, Wellbeing and Recognition programmes) as well as the ever-growing needs in the Mobility space.
To ensure our ability to deliver on existing operations and these key initiatives, new roles have been created to deepen our expertise and focus in Global Benefits, Global Mobility and Executive Compensation & Benefits.
We are also opening an internal search to find a new Senior Director to lead this expanded COE.
The Senior Director will report directly to the VP HR Operations, Rewards & Digital and be a member of the Extended HR Leadership Team.
The role can be filled from around Ferring’s footprint and will require regular travel to headquarters.
Your day at Ferring
Play a leading role in ensuring that Ferring’s pay-for-performance process is successfully embedded and scaled sustainably into the future.
Revamp the company’s job evaluation system, linking job grading to career planning.
Manage the design, implementation, administration and analysis of new employee benefits programmes. Ensure the sustainable administration of existing programmes.
Revamp and scale Global Mobility programmes, operations and compliance, particularly in light of the increase of globally distributed roles, cross-border workers and international remote workers.
Re-evaluate our Long-term-Incentive scheme to be competitive with the market and reflect Ferrings focus on long-term sustainability.
Support the establishment of Executive Compensation & Benefits.
Ensure the development and implementation of base, variable and long-term compensation programs at every appropriate level of the worldwide organisation.
Reorient the COE towards a balanced partnership between global, regional and local C&B experts and HRs, providing tactical support as well as advisory services.
For example, ensure that the COE supports local and regional Rewards and HRs by driving compensation benchmarking studies, conducting data analyses, providing recommendations and co-implementing solutions.
Ensure that Rewards programmes are consistently administered in compliance with the company's policies and government regulations.
Behind our innovation There’s you
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum 15 / 20 years of experience in a similar role.
HR Business Partnering experience.
Strong people management experience (you will have direct reports across Europe).
Proven project management skills.
Multi-country / regional / international experience in the three key areas of the COE : including base pay, incentive plan design, sales plan design experience, benefit programme implementation, international transfers and relocations.
Experience in job grading methodologies (preference for Hay but other methodologies are welcome).
Proficiency in business English is a must, fluency in other languages an asset.
