Senior HR and Payroll Specialist (French Speaker)

Your choice!Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior HR and Payroll Specialist:Work as part of the payroll teamWill report to the Senior Payroll specialists in FranceScalable scope of 1, 500 to 2, 000 payrollsResponsible of the entire payroll process, from collection of variable data to the social declarations as well as the administrative aspects of social management from the employee’s entry and exitKeeping a regulatory and legal watch on payrollPreparing and drawing up monthly payrollsChecking advance payments and variable elementsChecking payrolls in compliance with legislationChecking internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accountingControlling internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting, HR and management managersProviding advice and assistance to answer questions from employeesAssisting, where necessary, with the correction of anomalies in declarations. Skills, experience and interests you need to succeed in this role:You speak French and English fluentlyYou have a degree in Payroll/Accounting, You have at least 4 years of experience in payroll management or in a similar role (in an agency or company)You are familiar with the basics of employment law and have a good command of payroll techniquesYou are familiar with ADP Decidium software and have a very good command of IT and digital tools.
