From the CORPORATE business unit, we are looking for a Senior HRBP , located in our headquarters in Barcelona. What will be your purpose within Semillas Fitó? To be a strategic partner to ensure the well-being of the entire Semillas Fitó team, contributing from people management to achieve the objectives of the company's strategic priorities. What will your responsibilities be? It is a role that will have a double dimension :1) Global technical responsibility for one of the sub-areas of the function (training and development, internal communication, total compensation. . . ). 2) Be a Business Partner for a part of the organisation. In this dimension, your functions are :Provide support and advice to managers and employees in HR mattersManage the personnel requests required by the organisation, ensuring the quality of the process and of the candidates. Create, implement and update procedures / processes related to the different areas of the departmentAnalysis of HR KPIs promoting continuous improvement and efficiency of processesContribute to boosting employer brand and employee experienceFocus on business and internal customerFocus on leadership and professional developmentWork with autonomy, proactivity and innovative vision. You have a degree in Psychology, Business Administration and / or Labour Relations. Must have specific training in HR, such as a master's degree or postgraduate degree. Experience implementing HR procedures and using KPI's to measure results. Experience as HR Specialist / Generalist of at least 5 years in a global and international company of equal or larger size. Be Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with high impact presentation tools is a plus. Experience with HR ERPsAdvanced English is a must.
