The ChallengeThe Senior Payroll Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and accurate financial reporting. This role involves collaborating with the People & Compensation teams to ensure that payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your MissionYou own all things payroll accounting related, this includes but is not limited to:Posting globalpayroll journalsCalculating and booking vacation and corporate bonus accrualsReconciling global payroll related GL accountsProviding flux analysis on all payroll related accountsWorking with HR on quarterly one-timepayment accrualsClosely partner with HR and payroll for process improvements, researching items, etc. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracyYou AreYou are able to communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization. You are meticulous in updating accounting records and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy. You are adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are self-motivated; someone who can work independently, multi-task and prioritize your workload. Your Experience Includes:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance5-8 years accounting experience, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and/or Accounts ReceivableSolid skill set in general ledger and sub-ledger accountingExperience with Workday Financials a plusAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityWhere we WorkOneTrust embraces a hybrid working model.
