Responder al anuncioWe are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a completely new Salesforce instance for our organization. With no current CRM system in place, you will have a critical role in shaping the future of our customer relationship management processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by establishing a robust and efficient Salesforce environment from the ground up. This position reports to our Director of Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of a new Salesforce instance tailored to meet the specific needs of our business.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring the CRM solution aligns with business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and record types.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Data Management: Lead data migration efforts from existing sources to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Establish data management best practices, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation rules.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use Salesforce.
- Develop training materials and documentation accessible to users at all levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and optimize CRM processes.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and manage Salesforce security, including user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing new Salesforce instances.
- Experience with data migration and integration projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including data import/export tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred).
