Responder al anuncioSupport the social media marketing team to increase awareness, buzz, and engagement around the Disney+ brand, with a special focus on Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, both organic and paid campaigns. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:SOCIAL MEDIAManage and moderate Disney+ social networking profiles: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Produce social conversation calendars and set templates for different titles. Analyze the performance of social media platforms and gather general insights. Look for new proposals and benchmarks. Coordinate influencer activation materials with different agencies. BOUGHT MEDIAParticipate in social media ad campaigns management and analysis. Support bought media activity campaigns if needed. MATERIALSLiaise with Regional/Global to request digital materials for our territory (i. e. , social games, banner ads, toolkit…). Create local materials liaising with agencies and Brand Managers (i. e. , memes, viral videos, local spots…) and coordinate with Regional/Global creative, social, and legal teams for approvals. COMPETITIONS SWEEPSTAKESDevelop local challenging competitions and sweepstakes via application, with high virality potential, working closely with the agency. Legal adaptation of TC and mechanics verification, working closely with the Legal Department and Notary. Search and optimization of prizes involving as many LOBs as possible. Implementation, supervision, and control of winners working closely with the agency and Finance Department. Local reporting and sharing with Regional learning and insights. EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i. e. , Personal Skills Attributes):Ability to manage social media profiles and deal with vendors (community managers, media planners, designers, developers…), teams (Marketing/Brand, PR, Retail/E-commerce, CRM…) and internal clients at local and international levels. Experience in the entertainment industry supporting Marketing would be a plus. Organizational and creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute Marketing strategies on social media, using content to engage users and investing in paid advertising campaigns to amplify awareness. Able to learn new tools, functionalities, and the latest trends quickly and effectively. Capable of analyzing social metrics to drive action and deliver value. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:No experience required. QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:+1 years of professional media, digital, and entertainment experience. University degree (Advertising or marketing degree preferred). Fluent in Spanish and English. Computer knowledge (Windows Office, Photoshop/Fireworks). Extensive experience with digital marketing and social media. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving through teamwork. Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in diverse group settings. Experience in social media management. Demonstrated ability in analytics (Omniture, BuzzMetrics, Google, Facebook, YouTube). Familiarity with legal requirements on digital (promotions, competitions, applications). Proactively identify trends and opportunities to drive action and deliver value. Passionate about the world of online and the Disney culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
