This role will report to our Finance Manager but will also have direct support responsibilities to the Operations and Sales departments and the company CEO. The main task of this position is to support our Finance Management to ensure smooth business operations, accurate monthly finance cycle and year-end close.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Accounts Receivable process with a clear understanding of the invoicing process and a fluid communication with the parties to reconcile status
- Accounts Payable process control, including the log of invoices in the Accounting system and the payment preparation
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
- Check & control & book employee expense in the Accounting system
- Give support in the Annual audit process
- Management and communication of VAT for Spain and UAE (in coordination with the relevant team)
- Managing and making sure of its compliance for internal purchases and travel logistics
- Management, control, and supervision of bookings in the branches
- Act as a bridge between our operations and project time ensuring the track and follow up of the right information
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Business Administration or the equivalent
- Minimum 2 years as an analyst in a professional environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of English
- Strong attention to detail and precision, and exercise highly organized work methods
- Excellent analytical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
