As a Client Partner at WNS, you will play a pivotal role in driving business improvement and transformation for our clients. Serving as the advocate and industry SME, you will engage closely with clients, understand their challenges, and develop solutions to achieve strong account penetration and long-term revenue growth. Must for the Role: Strong Industry (Hi-Tech & Professional Services) Domain Knowledge – Industry SME. A career spanning a minimum of 10 - 15 years, which includes specific experience with Hi-Tech organizations, BPM/Outsourcing/Offshoring experience, and client relationship management. ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Manage overall client relationships for a cluster of accounts. Act as the primary point of contact and client advocate, ensuring a high level of governance in client relationships. Commercial Management:Negotiate and manage all commercial matters with clients. Strategic Advisory:Serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions to resolve client business challenges through leveraging WNS’ expertise. Conduct meaningful business conversations with client executives. Awareness and Transformation:Ensure strong client awareness of all WNS offerings and capabilities. Drive the transformation agenda with clients. Visibility and Engagement:"Walk the floor" of the client, ensuring high visibility and understanding of client issues and objectives. Obtain a security pass for client access, integrating with the client's leadership team. Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth by creating and championing high-value propositions for clients. Stakeholder Management:Have business oversight of multiple relationships across client stakeholders. Communicate key client developments to WNS Senior Management. Client Visits and Governance:Manage client visits and accompany them to WNS delivery centers as required. Own and ensure the cadence of client governance. Reference Management:Manage all reference requests from the client for targeted new clients, analysts, and advisors. Develop and maintain an up-to-date account plan for assigned clients. Issue fortnightly updates on recent activity and client engagement. Ensure timely management and updates of sales opportunities on WNS CRM. Establish and run contractual governance forums with the clientDegree-level education or equivalentStrong industry (Hi-Tech & Professional Services) domain knowledgeExcellent presentation skills: Strong attention to detail. Negotiation skills with strong commercial acumen. Relationship builder. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience.
