Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- The objective is to ensure effective execution of the Procure to Pay process for Corporate IT in alignment with Global Procurement policies and procedures.
- Support simplification and automation of activities in the CIO Office through the use of digital tools.
- Be a good communicator, able to discuss with different levels of management, and build collaborative relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are critical to the success of the role.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage the Procure to Pay process for Corporate IT.
- Ensure the Procure to Pay process is clear and simplified for users.
- Provide guidance and training regularly to keep users informed about the Procure to Pay process.
- Ensure alignment of the Procure to Pay process with Global Procurement Policies and Procedures.
- Create Purchase Requisitions in the ERP system.
- Manage invoices in alignment with requestor validations.
- Proactively coordinate with IT Category Managers to ensure efficient collaboration between Source to Contract (Procurement) and Procure to Pay (IT Managed) processes.
- Become a key user for all tools used by the CIO Office to deliver our services.
- Look for opportunities to simplify and automate our processes through the use of digital tools.
Qualifications:
- Technical Training, General Business or Information Technology, or University Degree.
- Proficient with MS Office and programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Educational learning or training in Procurement processes.
Required Skills:
- Develop your own network internally within SGS.
- Customer-oriented with a consultative approach to developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a decentralized and matrix-based organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a benefit.
- Applies judgment and acts according to SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
