Role Overview:Are you a seasoned People & Talent professional with a background in digital marketing and experience in a dynamic, startup-like environment? Keenfolks is looking for a People & Talent Director to lead our talent acquisition and people management strategies. This role is critical in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while supporting the rapid growth of our organization. Responsibilities:Lead the People & Talent team, managing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and mission. Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, particularly in the digital marketing and technology sectors. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Manage performance evaluation processes and employee development programs. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being. Develop and oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs. Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in a digital marketing or technology-driven environment. Experience in a startup or rapidly changing environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to challenge and be challenged. Oriented towards innovation and results. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and professional development.
