Don’t miss out on being part of an awesome team!TasksManage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, assessing, and matching candidates to open roles)Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract the best talent and create a pipeline for future rolesCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the roles in-depth, deliver a tailored approach, and report on recruitment metricsConduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fitBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, regularly checking on the progress of individual processes, to guarantee a great candidate experienceLiaising with the People and Culture Manager on Onboarding plansActively looking for ways to improve the processes, workflows and the use of toolsRequirementsFull professional level of EnglishAny other European language (German is a big plus!)
