MISSIONS Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and attract candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future technical positions. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment. PROFILE Proven experience (1+ years) in technical recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry. Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
