Specific skills and knowledgeIndependent and self-motivated personalitySolid understanding of Point-of-sale related technology and transactional systemsExperience with EFT payment standards, ISO 8583, PCI, EMV within the retail or credit card industry preferred. Good understanding of OOP concepts and principles and. NET and Java programming language skillsAccuracy, ability to analyse situations fast and to identify the correct measuresStructured and flexible at the same time in managing difficult and challenging situationsCommitment and dedication to workPerseverance in reaching goalsAbility to communicate with external partners in an efficient and structured wayGood knowledge of project management processes and toolsExcellent communication and team skills, ability to present ideas clearly and conciselyExcellent organizational, decision making and problem solving skillsKnowledge of Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban).
