Responder al anuncioMain duties and responsibilitiesDeliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget and in compliance with the processes of Global Blue Professional ServicesInterface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of TFS servicesSupport definition, implementation and governance of an efficient Partner Integration project implementation processSupport the Commercial Organization and Partner Manager team with technical and process consultancyEnsure that the implemented Issuing Solutions are anchored correctly in the permanent GB organization (especially I&O)IT Management of assigned Merchants/Vendors portfolioParticipate, as part of project activities, in related Field Services activities, including availability to support On Call Duty Service, as per team calendar shifts (out of business hours and weekends)Main KPI’sIntegration coverage % of projects completed in time% of projects delivered on budgetStick to Partner Integration Project Management ProcessBusiness targets, as part of the predefined driversSpecific skills and knowledgeIndependent and self-motivated personalitySolid understanding of Point-of-sale related technology and transactional systemsExperience with EFT payment standards, ISO 8583, PCI, EMV within the retail or credit card industry preferredGood understanding of OOP concepts and principles and.
