Which is your mission?
In the Tendering Department, we have the mission of proposing innovative technical solutions to our Customers with the aim of responding to Current Dilemmas (Energy Transition, Digitalization, Sustainability). We offer innovative solutions addressing multiple and new segments.
As Tender Expert you will lead the development of the business solutions offer, supporting the Salesforce Team and Customers during the lifecycle of Opportunity. Your mission will be to analyze simple & complex RFQs (Request For Quotation) within Digital Power Business and prepare costing as per processes and tools. You will work in national and international tender processes.
You will be part of the Digital Power Application Centre which is an Execution and Tendering Unit in charge of Digital and Advanced Solutions for Electrical Substations, Distribution Networks, Microgrids, Smart Grids, Renewable Generation and Railways. You will have the opportunity to grow in an inclusive & collaborative business environment thanks to the support of our top-level experts in all fields (technical, project management, contract management, site management. . . ).
Responsibilities
- Lead tender preparation in collaboration with supporting departments (Purchasing, Contract, Technical, . . . ) to build competitive offers respecting customer needs.
- Collaborate in multi-Business tender preparation and consolidate technical and financial data.
- Analyze reasonably complex RFQs (Request For Quotation) within core business and with few unreleased contents and prepare costing as per process and tools.
- Support the Opportunity Leader during Customer negotiations and contract closing stage.
- Prepare offer documentation consistent with validated data provided by commercial support sales & opportunity team.
- Manage global tender risk analysis with Solution Risk Managers (SRMs).
- Offers can be either stand-alone local tender or internal sub-contractor of solution/more complex tender.
- Enhance & consolidate costs to reach target price while meeting Customer requirements and guaranteeing profitability of the solution.
- Optimize project set-up and participate in external partners detection and qualification.
- Contribute strongly to the Tender Managers Community.
