SDS is looking for a Fraud Prevention Manager, based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities:
- Lead activities covering the Fraud Prevention Program in line with defined strategy in all entities.
- Monitor the implementation and ensure alignment of business and strategic objectives.
- Ensure that the whole Fraud Prevention unit distributed across all geographies works as one team under a common model.
- Contribute to the development of fraud prevention strategies to fight new fraud trends and threats.
- Support the overall delivery of the fraud strategy for Global fraud prevention and proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken.
- Effective experience in project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
- High level administrative, management and negotiating skills.
- Capacity to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in a complex partnership environment.
- Exceptional hands-on management style and the ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Flexibility and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Superior relationship management, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to details.
