The Job:
To manage the full life cycle and deliver a first-class handling of all Tours, including Series business and Adhoc, checking itineraries and making all necessary bookings and arrangements. This shall be done with a strong focus on revenue, customer satisfaction, and high quality.
Responsibilities:
- End to end tour process (including quotation support & optimisation)
- To process and confirm critical services efficiently and accurately, paying attention to any special requirements of the clients.
- Complete any rate collection/negotiation activities requested by your Manager/Supervisor
- Deliver on teams agreed SLA’s
- Search for new suppliers, negotiate services and rates.
- Join and lead Inspections & Client meetings if requested by the company.
- Onsite support for key MICE groups if requested by the company.
- Provide active and ongoing support and knowledge transfer to hubs and the Kuoni Tumlare sales organisation.
- Pre/Post season analysis and recommendations
- Handle direct business end-to-end, including setting pricing and margin control.
- Undertake project work as required by management.
- Investigate and resolve service complaints.
Requirements:
- Commercially minded and Sales driven
- Project management
- Proven ability to build strong customer and supplier relationships
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Language skills – English + Spanish
- Entrepreneurial and creative approach
- Destination travels expertise in Iberia
- Excellent at coordinating across a matrix organization
- Availability to travel
- Knowledge of the Amadeus system will be valued.
