Transformation Manager
Responder al anuncioWe are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to lead and oversee strategic transformation initiatives within our organization and also consulting & supporting the changes at the client side. The candidate will be responsible for energizing the entire planning, calendar & implementation processes to drive an engaging and inspiring transformation for all stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and client goals, guide expectations and drive engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions both internally and at the client side.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to any financial limitations.
- Onboarding and Transition Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders involved.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business & project management, with proven success on transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of change.
- Optimistic & energetic.
