Descripción
This role will lead the C-Enablement area, including Change Management, Strategic Projects and Processes.
Responsabilidades principales
- Strategic projects: To participate or lead strategic projects that have impact in different teams, from Impact assessment to go live. The projects can be related to back-office optimization, support product launches, service improvements, cost saving or business growth.
- High Level Processes: Accountable for defining high level processes for Operations, interacting with the teams that have the technical knowledge for ensuring all the topics are covered. Accountable for ensuring that, based on those high-level processes, procedures associated are defined in each of the Customer operations departments.
- Change Management: There will be a transformational component so that Change Management is also under scope, from UAT arrangement to training and onboarding, guaranteeing adoption.
- Quality: Accountable for ISO 9001 audit, coordinating the different teams involved. Accountable for producing and leading an action plan as a result of the audit.
