In this exciting role as a Technical Consultant, you will have the responsibility to support INR's, nurses, and technicians during case coverage, mainly in hemorrhagic stroke (coiling, flow diversion, intravascular devices) and Arteriovenous Malformations (AVM) procedures. Some knowledge in ischemic stroke is also necessary to answer daily questions from customers that may arise.
A Day in the Life
- You will add value through high technical knowledge combined with a diplomatic approach, respecting the atmosphere in a cath lab.
- Provide training and support for the entire chain of stakeholders in AIS (Acute Ischemic Stroke) on how to use our products to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Understand customer needs to optimize product offerings and stock levels in accounts, propose and organize educational and proctoring programs.
- Promote the added value of our products from both a technical and clinical outcomes perspective, and be the expert in flow model and simulator training, organizing multiple training sessions.
- Coordinate mainly with Territory Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Support territory managers in key accounts, execute tactics defined in the strategic plan, and be the first point of contact for product complaints and field actions to ensure optimal patient safety in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.
- Offer support as needed at conferences and congresses, and provide reports of activities and issues as required by management.
Must-Have:
- Solid technical experience, with an advantage if you have experience with endovascular medical devices.
- A passion for the technical aspects of neuroradiology, and the ability to support, train, and inspire people.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with high flexibility to cover the full territory and adapt schedules as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish good working relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- A clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
