Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems reported by users related to operating systems, hardware and software.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and solve everyday issues.
- Train on IT topics.
- Register maintenance actions of the system (Maintenance book).
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
- Install equipment hardware such as cables, switches, routers, and wireless adaptors.
- Add new users to the system as needed.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.
- Perform server maintenance and testing.
- Inform management of recurring problems.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies.
Requirements:
- CFGS in Sysadmin or similar.
- +1 year experience as IT Support / Helpdesk.
- Good command of Excel (forms, macros, and scripts).
- Fluent in Spanish - English B2.
- Communication skills and customer contact; a good team player.
- Truckloads of motivation, positivity, and enthusiasm.
