Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).
Mission: As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar Iberia, you ensure the monitoring of construction sites during the construction phase, in support of the Construction Project Managers and Directors, and in compliance with the safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives. You are the on-site contact with clients and owners during the construction phase.
You will report to the Southern Europe Construction Director. Your main missions will be:
- Lead, plan, control and coordinate all activities during the works.
- Responsible for HSEQ compliance on site.
- 1st point of contact between the company and subcontractors and third parties.
- Responsible for the delivery of equipment on site.
- Verify that the works are done in accordance with local, national and international regulations.
- Participate in the establishment of the detailed list of materials needed for the sites (if needed).
- Responsible for weekly reports (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…).
- Responsible for the commissioning of the infrastructures.
- Approval of contractor’s & subcontractor’s works.
- Carry out controls of the conformity of the services at the end of the building sites.
- Ensure tests, trials and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.
- Organize & participate in on-site meetings.
- Participate in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring.
- Report any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase.
Profil:
- Engineering degree with specialization in Electricity or similar.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction sites, preferably on photovoltaics.
- Good technical knowledge in electricity or civil works.
- Autonomous, challenging spirit, strong and diplomatic relationship with institutional partners, sense of synthesis and pragmatic.
- Fluent English required; French appreciated.
As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the site. You are rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility. You will be required to be 100% on site and to travel extensively.
