Responder al anuncioTo support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.
- Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
- Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails).
- Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues.
Training and Working Hours
- The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the position's hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU ARE
- Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.
- Have a first experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
- Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
- Proactive, good organizational skills, and time management.
- Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
- Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
