Change Manager
Position Overview:As an ERP Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's ERP implementation project. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the change management process, ensuring seamless transition and adoption of ERP systems within the organisation. This role requires fluency in Spanish, strong stakeholder management skills, and expertise in ERP systems, preferably with a background in Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft 365 (M365). Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial scoping exercises to understand client requirements and project objectives. Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the specific needs of the client. Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations. Lead onsite presence during the initial stages of the project, providing hands-on support and guidance to the client team. Assess organisational readiness for change and identify potential barriers or challenges. Develop and implement training programs to ensure end-user proficiency with ERP systems. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive consensus. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Maintain clear documentation of change management processes, progress reports, and project milestones. Qualifications and Experience:Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within ERP implementation projects. Strong understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft 365 (M365). Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant certifications in change management or ERP systems are advantageous. Additional Information:This position requires full onsite presence in Alicante during the initial scoping exercise. Travel may be required occasionally to client sites or other locations as needed.
